  • Due to the daily order amount and traffic, we DO NOT offer specific time delivery time. Your order will arrive any time between the time slot you choose.
  • For specific time/other schedule delivery, you can arrange your own Uber. Please notify Joyce store (778)551-5883 before order.

 

 

Important Information Required

To ensure successful delivery, it is essential that you provide accurate unit numbers and buzzer codes for any building address, gated townhomes, or similar locations. Please make sure to include these details when placing your order.

We are NOT responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or missing delivery instructions.

 

 

Wait Time & Returned Deliveries

Our drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes upon arriving at the delivery location. This time frame begins when the driver reaches the front of the building and starts attempting contact, either via buzzer access or by calling the customer.

During this 10-minute window, multiple attempts will be made by our drivers, dispatch team, and the shop to reach the recipient. If we are still unable to make contact within this time, the delivery will be left in a secure location, such as the mailroom, lobby, concierge desk, or with a building manager (if applicable). In cases where none of these options are available, the delivery will be returned to our Joyce store (same day or next business day).

To avoid missed deliveries or returns, please be attentive to upcoming calls or buzzer notifications.

 

 

Funeral Deliveries

  • Early notice would be required to accommodate these large types of deliveries.
  • Casket Spray & Wreath deliveries for funerals will have an additional $15 fee for each arrangement (piece) plus the delivery fee.

 

 

Business & Corporate Deliveries

For all business deliveries, please provide the business name, unit number, and buzzer code (if applicable). This information is crucial for ensuring that we deliver to the correct business address before their closing hours.

If we are not informed in advance that a delivery is for a business, it will be assumed to be a residential address. To help us prioritize your delivery, please be sure to include a note in your order file indicating that it is for a business, along with their closing time if possible.

Hospitals, Universities, Shopping Centers/Mall

Please note that a $10 extra charge will be applied to all deliveries going to hospitals, malls and shopping centers, universities, colleges, and similar locations, in addition to the standard delivery fee.

To avoid this additional charge, you may opt to meet the driver outside the main entrance of the delivery location.
