Refund Policy for Flower Orders

All of our flower arrangements are handcrafted to order, specifically prepared before each customer’s arrival. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any requests made outside of the 24-hour window from the time of purchase.

For orders placed within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup / delivery, refund requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase during our business hours. Please notify us by phone or email so we can process your request in time.

Many of our arrangements include scented ribbon sticks and custom materials, which require additional resources and cannot be returned to inventory. This limits our ability to accept cancellations or issue refunds once preparation has begun.

We are unable to offer refunds for flower orders except in exceptional cases. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact us by phone within 1 hour of purchase (during business hours), and our team will review your request.
